Why doesn’t my password work?
|
There are a number of possible reasons:
- Your membership expired. Membership either renews or expires after
30 days, depending on the membership option you purchased.
If your membership automatically renews, then it may’ve been
declined when we attempted to renew it.
- The system is case sensitive and you may not be entering your user name and
password correctly. “Alex” is not the same as “alex” or “ALEX”.
- More than one person may be using your username and password. When that happens,
the site automatically locks you out.

How does the billing appear on my credit card statement?
|
If you did the transaction online for a membership, your statement will show as CCBilldotcom*Ale. If you purchased merchandise or mailed me your credit card information, your statement will show as A.S. Enterprises.

How long does my account last after I cancel?
|
It will last until your membership period ends. For example, if you signed up for
30 days and cancelled after 20, you will have 10 days left.

By being a member of your site, am I on your mailing list?
|
No, you are not automatically put on my mailing list. I respect your
privacy. You have to request placement on my mailing list. My list is
not shared, loaned, or sold to anyone.

all sales are final. Within 30 days of receipt, any defective items may be returned for

knowing the laws in your country. Any orders that are restricted by
